Central Coast Coverage is a partnership between six local organizations, which is part of the Regional Member Navigation Hub created by CenCal Health.
CenCal Health manages Medi-Cal benefits in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. If you're a CenCal Health member, upcoming Medi-Cal changes could affect you.
Central Coast Coverage is here to help you understand these changes and take the steps needed to keep your Medi-Cal. We also help the organizations and individuals who help Medi-Cal members. We can help you in either English or Spanish.
How We Help
Medi-Cal rules are changing. We offer free information and help. We also give tools and training to people who help Medi-Cal members.
We can connect you with a trained, local Medi-Cal navigator for free, one-on-one support with:

· Completing your Medi-Cal renewal
· Using BenefitsCal.com to manage your benefits
· Understanding Medi-Cal letters and deadlines
· Learning about work, school, and volunteer requirements
· Finding out if you qualify for an exemption
· Getting help with documents and next steps
